August 8, 2026 - Some politically charged words become part of our common vocabulary almost overnight. “Globalism” is a timely example. Ten or fifteen years ago, calling someone a “globalist” didn’t have much effect. Today, it is well understood as a pejorative that highlights someone’s allegiance to international institutions over those created within a nation state.

Catherine Austin Fitts, Publisher of The Solari Report, about why the fight over CBDCs may be a distraction from a bigger threat: stablecoins, digital tokens and programmable money. August 4, 2026 - Even though the Fourth of July is officially in the rearview mirror now, the country is still basking in the glow of Two-Hundred-and-Fifty. The United States declared independence 250 years ago. Britain recognized that independence eight years later, 242 years ago. Our current governing document, the U.S. Constitution, was ratified 238 years ago. All three could be called our “founding,” but July 4 has stood in for all three. Good enough, as it were, for government work.
